Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

Our own controls for identity, payments and suspicious activity.

Scope of our AML policy

This is our own anti-money-laundering policy, aligned with the FATF recommendations. It applies to every account, deposit, withdrawal and payment route we operate. Its purpose is to prevent our services from being used to move, disguise or introduce proceeds of crime.

Identity due diligence

Before the first payout, we verify the account without an amount threshold. We request a government-issued ID, proof of address and, where needed, payment-method evidence. Documents are due within 30 days and the normal review period is about 10 days. We can request additional information where risk indicators justify it.

Transaction records and monitoring

We maintain transaction records to trace the route of funds, reconcile deposits and payouts, review wagers and payment references, investigate anomalies and document compliance decisions. Automated and manual checks consider unusual size, rapid movement of funds, changes in payment method, inconsistent location data and patterns that do not fit normal account activity.

Source of funds

We may ask for source-of-funds evidence when cumulative activity is substantial, when deposits and withdrawals happen rapidly with little gameplay, when the account profile does not explain the activity, or when a payment method changes. A payslip, business-income record, bank statement or sale confirmation may help us understand the activity. We review the material only for the stated risk purpose.

Payment route controls

Card deposits are normally returned to the same card up to the amount deposited. Bank-funded withdrawals are normally returned to the same verified bank account. Crypto withdrawals require a wallet address associated with the player. These controls help prevent third parties from using an account to redirect funds.

Risk categories

We apply enhanced review where a player is politically exposed, connected to a higher-risk jurisdiction, associated with sanctions concerns or linked to unusual multi-account activity. Enhanced review can include more documentation, closer monitoring, payment holds or a decision not to continue the business relationship.

Sanctions and restricted activity

We check relevant sanctions information and may block activity, close an account or preserve records when a credible match or other serious concern exists. We do not promise a result before the review is complete. A player must not use our services to evade sanctions, conceal beneficial ownership or fund unlawful conduct.

Reporting and confidentiality

When facts create grounds for a suspicious activity report, we submit it confidentially to the competent financial intelligence unit. We do not tell the player that such a report has been made or considered. Internal notes, evidence and decisions are available only to authorised people with a compliance need.

Staff and controls

Colleagues with customer, payment or compliance duties receive AML training and follow escalation procedures. Access to case information is role-based, and we review controls when payment patterns, fraud methods or operational risks change. The compliance function can pause a transaction while a review is ongoing.
